Beach Bungalow

 Our Bungalow is no longer available this year. We have rented it full time for the year. 

 Just a quick two-minute walk, less than a block, to the quiet, very private and uncrowded reserved beach at Laguna Beach. Located at 117 Placido Place just 2 blocks west of Panama City Beach city limits on a quiet street with speed bumps this quaint 650-square-foot little house has a living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, a front deck with a view of the ocean and a private back deck for solitude and relaxation. It also has an outside shower with hot water. 

 It has plenty of room for 2 couples or a couple and 2 children. It has a large clean 10X15 foot storage shed with washer and dryer. Just a block from Thomas Doughnut Shop around the corner, 3 blocks from The Carousel full grocery, gift shop, wine and liquor store, 15 minutes or less to Panama City or anywhere on Panama City Beach and just 3 miles down Hwy 98 or Front Beach Road to Pier Park for dining and shopping. It consists of hundreds of stores, shops, restaurants, movie theatre, and entertainment. Come stay with us for that short walk to paradise!!
